📖 Acerca de Ihor
Ihor es la forma ucraniana de Igor, derivada del nórdico antiguo Ingvarr («guerrero de Ing»). Traído a la Rus de Kiev por los varegos en el siglo IX, fue portado por el príncipe Ihor de Kiev (r. 912–945) y quedó arraigado en la tradición noble eslava. Tras la independencia ucraniana en 1991, la grafía Ihor —distinta del ruso Igor— se convirtió en una expresión consciente de identidad nacional. El nombre evoca herencia guerrera, linaje dinástico e historia de Europa del Este.
